Came here for 2 days, the hotel was cozy, it had peaceful location close to Uffizi, Arno, main attractions and a pedestrian street full of authentic restaurants, ice cream parlors and souvenir stores and good, inexpensive eateries. Thanks for a really nice stay, would recommend it.

The stay at this romantic hotel was a perfect 10/10 one. Staff were always near, recommended great restaurants. A nice size and a nice size room, stylish bathroom. Easy check in and in general good service. Minutes from a train station, nice peaceful area.

Breakfast was cold, can definitely be improved.

The staff was DELIGHTFUL and the place was clean. Our room was updated and nicely furnished. Great reception. Had no problem using their secure parking, the internet was great.
